the process
We will reserve 4 dates in 2023. Don't worry we can move them if needed as we get closer but you'll ensure you have a session claimed each quarter. My subscription clients get priority scheduling.
Then you will receive an email with a link to view and sign your contract and invoice to make your first installment payment to officially book.. I offer monthly payment plans for my subscription clients.

Prior to each session we will schedule a Vision/Branding planning call. We will discuss your vision and then plan locations, props, and key shots together for a smooth and successful session.
Worried about what to wear? I have that covered, you'll work with a professional stylist prior to each session to have a custom wardrobe board created for each session.
Preparation is key, and getting pampered prior to each session is a bonus. You will have your hair & makeup professionally done prior to each session.
Having a plan allows you to show up for your photo session with more confidence.
prepping for your shoot
Subscription Sessions at minimum a half day event. You will start with my Professional Hair & Makeup artist to get Natural Glam ready.
Then we will meet & spend 2 hours together creating content. We will determine locations for each session, and can visit up to 2 different ones each time. We can capture a lot of photos in 2 hours!
We will have a custom photoshoot plan for your session, but I always try to incorporate:
- Headshot - for profiles
- At work images - capturing you doing what you do best.
- A relevant location that imparts some aspect of your personality or your profession.
_ Personality shots - let's show your clients who you are.
Your session days
Within one week after your session I will share a gallery for you to view your un-edited proofs from your session to choose your favs.
As a BONUS to a Subscription Session is you will get 60 images. That's enough to be able to post a different image on social media 5 days a week for 3 months!
Presentation of gallery & ordering of images
Selected images will be fully edited and then sent to you within two weeks after proof gallery is shared via an online gallery for direct digital download of both high resolution & web sized images with an Image License Rights Release.

A session with me is more than just about professional on brand photos. It's an experience. One that you will want to repeat time and time again. My clients walk away from a session feeling like they had an amazing time, with a confidence boost, thrilled with how they look in the photos & excited to get their photos. My goal is to make you comfortable in front of my camera, help you discover your confidence and to guide you through letting me capture your true essence. LOCATION:
Photo Sessions will take place at outdoor locations, or we can discuss a natural light indoor option if you'd like styled office, home or living room space.
